What is Spy Escape and Evasion About?

Spy, Escape and Evasion is a revolutionary survival course created by ex-CIA officer and Security Specialist Jason Hanson. The course will essentially teach you strategies, survival skills and knowledge to keep you and your family safe and protected. In this danger filled world where even a trip to the convenience store is uncertain; becoming knowledgeable about techniques of self protection is a must for all of us.

There is so much negativity and crime on the streets that we must be sensible in learning different tools of protection if and when the situation arises. Touch wood it doesn’t, but unfortunately those who have been harmed in situations and didn’t know self survival techniques wish they did before they were attacked.

Would you be able to defend yourself and your loved ones if someone were to physically attack you? It’s a question most of us don’t want to consider, but violence is, unfortunately, a fact of life. Thankfully, regardless of strength, size, or previous training, anyone can learn several effective self-defense techniques. Life HackerSource.

Who Is Jason Hanson?

Spy Escape and Evasion Review - A Revolutionary Survival Course

You might be familiar with Hanson through his appearance on ABC’s program ‘Shark Tanks’ as well as through his online survival seminars. Hanson is a former Central Intelligence Agency officer, author of The Covert Guide to Concealed Carry, NRA Certified Instructor and writer for the Personal and Home Defense magazine. His impressive resume illustrates a skilled officer in fields of personal protection, security operations and counter terrorism amongst others.

After watching his lessons, Jason Hanson seems to be a very down to earth guy who is passionate about protecting ourselves and being prepared for crisis. You will find that he explains things in an easy-to-understand manner and in layman terms. After all he hates the military style survival teaching methods which are intimidating.

Check out his interview on the Rachael Roy show below:

What Things Will I Learn?

So you know that Jason Hanson is a verified expert in his field and not just a person who is a self proclaimed survival guru; don’t you just HATE those?

But what exactly will you learn on his course?

During the  Spy, Escape and Evasion course, you will be shown several of Hansons’ methods, skills and secrets of survival.

Spy Escape and Evasion Review - A Revolutionary Survival CourseSpy Escape and Evasion Review - A Revolutionary Survival Course

These include:

How to decipher if somebody is following you home using simple methods

Methods to keep criminals away from your property and how to avoid being a victim of crime

How to use simple alarms on your property that inform you if somebody is coming close to your property.

How to use an improvised weapon when you don’t have other methods of protection during a survival emergency situation

Methods used by the CIA and FBI to read body language. Also, Hanson teaches how coffee cups and books can be used to reveal a liar.

How to escape handcuffs, zip ties, rope and duct tape in 30 seconds (or less) WITHOUT using razors or sharp objects!

728x90

How to disappear when an attacker is after you and how to stay off their radar.

How to pick locks, doors and padlocks in 10 minutes (or less!)

Recommendation and information of a personal small device that you can carry around anywhere and which will help you avoid becoming a victim of violent crime.

Information on how to hot wire a vehicle even if you don’t have any mechanics education or knowledge.

Social engineering secrets used by worldwide intelligence agencies which will teach you ways to become more aware of what is around you.

And so much more! (including what to do if you are abducted, how to create a water proof survival kit with 23 vital items which you must include and how to hide the kit from others).

That Doesn’t Scratch The Surface!

Spy Escape and Evasion Review - A Revolutionary Survival Course

Although the list above is a lot of information and is great value considering the $27 price tag, Hanson also covers other important information and skills as well. These are not only useful in survival situations, but in a multitude of scenarios you may find yourself in.

For example, Hanson reveals the methods in deciphering if somebody (such as your spouse or ‘friend’) is lying to you and how to hide that you are lying. Also, Hanson reveals learning the ‘eye’ trick (which is a huge indicator if somebody is trying to harm/implement surveillance on you) as well as how to set up your detection route in relation to surveillance.

Speaking of surveillance, this term conjures up an image of government control but the truth is that it applies to any and everyone.

Surveillance detection skills aren’t solely for spies and people traveling overseas: But for anyone who wants to keep themselves and their family safer on a daily basis. And that’s why you’ll likely enter this event as an “easy” target; but by the time you learn these surveillance secrets you’ll leave as a “hard” target, which is exactly what you want to be. – Source.

Some of us here at Doomsday is Near are located in the UK, so we cannot give you any tips on firearms. However, for those who are located in states where operating a firearm is legal, Hanson covers firearm secrets which could be lifesaving.

These secrets include which firearms to use for self-defense, his personal firearm and what his accessible firearm storage methods are. Also, he shockingly reveals what to say to the authorities when you carry a gun and they pull you over in your vehicle.

This Course Changes Your Perceptions

Spy Escape and Evasion Review - A Revolutionary Survival Course

After taking action and learning about the skills, methods and techniques in the Spy, Escape and Evasion course, it changes the way you look at the world. For example, you gain a better understanding of the type of world we are currently living in and who to trust.

As someone who has been followed in the past and has experienced NUMEROUS burglaries on my street, it is frustrating when you don’t know if you are being paranoid or if you are being sensible.

This course will be able to teach you skills on deciphering if these situations are ACTUALLY happening. And if they are, it is probably unbeknownst to you as criminals are becoming more and more sophisticated in covering their tracks.

So does this course have the potential to save your life? Well yes, it does because you will learn techniques and skills which come into play if you find yourself in similar situations as below:

Everyone needs this kind of training. You just never know. Being divorced from someone who to this day thinks he needs to stalk me and threatens to kill me, make me very aware of my surroundings and very prepared for a situation. Have I had training? No, but after reading this… I probably need to!

I definitely agree we live in a world where we need to be careful. Sometimes, when we have experienced peace for so long, it is hard to think about the concept of a real dangerous situation. However, with terrorism on an all high and other criminal activity, having some training to survive those circumstances would come in handy.

The elbow trick with the duck tape was sweet. I’m just trying to picture using it if I was stuffed into a trunk.

Hey there!
I enjoyed watching those videos and your post just makes me realize that I could so so much to improve my own safety.
Bad things can really hit anybody. So why not prepare for it if you can ? I’ll investigate this a bit more, thanks for the useful information!

I had no idea that this kind of training was even available! As a mom, I worry a lot about my kids being out and about in the world. I don’t want to hold them back from living their lives, but them having this sort of training would sure give me peace of mind. Do you know if the training is available to teens, or is it just for adults? Also, do they offer any kind of family discount if multiple people sign up? Thanks so much for sharing this resource!

This is actually really awesome. We can see that every single day this world is getting crazier and crazier and with courses like these out there I think that more people should take them.

Jason Hanson seems like a really good guy that genuinely cares for people and wants to make sure that everybody can effectively protect themselves in the case of an emergency.

Great post, and an awesome site to boot.

This was the most interesting review I have ever read. We have all heard of self defense classes but none of them geared towards protecting yourself from everyday threats.

I think in most peoples lives we live with the hope or assumption of safety in our cushy neighborhoods but the truth is there is always the prospect of a threat presenting itself and most of us are not prepared.

Aside from all of that I love the ideas of the lie detection skills offered in the course, that alone entices me!

Great job!

Hi,

The Escape and Evasion Review is very interesting. I heard about this program through Shark Tank. Some of the methods he went through for protecting yourself is incredible.

Most people don’t want to believe they will be in a situation where you need to escape or evasion. The world is a tender box very to explode.

Better to be prepared than sorry. Be Prepared is the Boy Scott motto.

Nice review. I hope you succeed.

Cheers,
Tim

You are right. You certainly need training to defend yourself. There are so many bad people out there. And the situations that you find yourselves in are too. I don’t like my wife going out alone. So if she can defend herself like this then that’s great

I will check this out further. Thank you for the article. A must read.

I actually watched Jason Hanson on Shark Tank and wouldn’t have known who he was otherwise, so it’s great that you put that little bit of information in. Anyways, this seems like a really great product for anyone because all we all know, it’s a dangerous world. Being a stay at home wife whose husband works the night shift, I know I can definitely use some training to protect myself like this.

Great and interesting subject matter, as everyone seems to find the information captivating and informative. Also provides a little reassurance if we find ourselves in one of these unfortunate situations. In this case, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! and possibly saving your life. Has there been anyone to date, that has used this information to help them survive a dangerous situation yet?
Great info.Thanks.

There was a time that I worked at a large scale Retailer that sold high end electronics. Let’s call it StopGame. I was an assistant store manager and I received countless death threats via phone calls, over the counter confrontations, and even when walking out to my car. I even had an employee resign after being jumped right outside the stores front door because he told a customer he could not give him more than 20% cash for his trade-in…and I don’t blame him for leaving. I wish I had looked into this type of training then. It would have… Read more »

I am so loving this, my house was broken into recently and guess who was the first to arrive at home to find this situation…me. I stood outside waiting for my husband to get home from picking our baby up at cresche. Who knows if I had this training I would maybe have caught the perpetrators red handed sjoe. Makes me feel like going all gladiator like and slashing them up.

Hey this is a great review. It’s hard to believe that this course teaches you all of this for the low price. I have been in the military and have some self defense training. I can say I think I can handle myself but that doesn’t mean that I actually can. So what kind of weapons does he reccomend if you live in a place without firearms or choose not to have one on you at all times?

Wow, the video of the duct tape blew me away! Jason Hanson seems to be knowing what to do! What I think is anyone should learn his techniques and become aware of what is going on on our planet.

I am curious why crime is so much more common nowadays and what other courses you have about this?
